FAQs

How much are tickets?

Individual tickets on a mixed table are £189 plus VAT 

A table of ten is £1,890 plus VAT 

Price includes drinks reception, three course meal with half a bottle of wine per person and entertainment.

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis.

ONLINE BOOKING PAYMENT CAN BE VIA INVOICE OR CREDIT CARD.  CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE TAKEN ONLINE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

What are the timings for the evening? 

18:30                      Drinks Reception 
19:30                      Dinner and entertainment

What is the dress code?

The theme is Let's Dance. If fancy dress isn't your thing, partywear. 

We urge everyone to use common sense when planning costumes.

Here are a few things to avoid, but please get in touch in advance if you’re not sure:

·         Any costume that could be seen as racially or sexually offensive.

·         Any costume incorporating offensive language.

·         Any costume which celebrates a non-fictional person who has committed a criminal act.

Guests not adhering to these guidelines or wearing an outfit which may be deemed to cause offence will be asked to leave and change before being admitted to the event.

When will tickets be sent?

As long as payment for your ticket/s have been received in cleared funds, an e-ticket will be sent early September. 

When do I need to provide my guest names?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will request all guest names be sent to us on a form to be returned to us no later than 8th September 2017 to ensure that they are on the guest list displayed at the event.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

We will email you a special dietary requests order form form in August for you to indicate any dietary requests.  The form needs to be sent directly to the venue The Point at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.

How do I order additional beverages for the evening?

We will email you an additional beverages order form form in August for you to order any additional beverage requirements in advance.  The form needs to be sent directly to the venue The Point at least 48 hours prior to the event. A half bottle of wine per person as well as water is already provided on tables.  Wine waiters will be available on the night itself should you prefer not to pre-order additional beverages. 

How do I buy tickets for the event?

You can purchase tickets by selecting the 'Book Now'  button on the left hand menu.  Simply  complete the online booking form.  There is a credit card payment or invoice option which can be selected.  If you are booking on or after 14th August 2017 credit card payment is necessary at the time of booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

If cancellation notification is given on or before 14th July 2017 a refund will be given less an administrative charge of 15%.  If notification to cancel is received on or after 15th July 2017 no refund will be given.
