What are the timings for the evening?
6.30pm Drinks Reception
8.00pm Dinner
11.00pm until early hours Entertainment
What is the dress code?
Black tie.
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you at the begining of September, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
When do I need to provide my guest list?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will request all guest names to be sent to us and we will then ensure they will be put on the seating plan displayed at the event.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
Please indicate these on your dietary request form which you will receive with your tickets. This form will need to be sent directly to the venue and be received by them at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets by selecting 'Book Now' along the top or bottom of the screen and completing the online booking form
